Student Portal

The Student Portal is the React-based workspace for enrolled students. Your school controls which areas are enabled, so some features described here may not appear on your account.

After signing in, the dashboard shows your current enrollment status, upcoming classes, announcements, and shortcuts to the areas you use most. First-time users see a short onboarding checklist that can be dismissed once completed.

  • Open a class to see posts and materials from your teacher.
  • Submit assignment submissions directly from the class page before the deadline.

The schedule page shows your weekly class timetable for the active semester. Printable timetable PDFs can be downloaded when your school enables them.

  • The tuition area shows your current assessment and payment status.
  • Statements of account (SOA) issued by the cashier appear here with download links. Each SOA carries a signed verification link so third parties (such as sponsors or employers) can confirm it is genuine.

Your digital ID card shows your student photo, identifier, and a QR code. Staff and verification kiosks can scan the code to confirm your enrollment status through the public verification page — no account needed for verification.

  • Announcements from the school appear on your dashboard and in the announcements page.
  • The Notification Center collects messages sent to you — enrollment updates, grade releases, payment notices, class suspensions, school events, and reminders.

If something is wrong with a record or you cannot access a feature, open a help ticket from the portal instead of sharing your account. Staff responses appear in the same thread.

From profile settings you can update your information (where permitted), enable two-factor authentication, register passkeys, and manage personal API keys when your school allows them.
